He’s a guy, from Sweden

If you did a Google search for Swedish singer-songwriter Fredrik a month ago, all you’d find is a lone blog post on The Music Slut entitled “who the hell is *fredrik*?”

A month later he’s way more visible – a website is up and he’s got prominent placement on sites like rcrdlbl.com.

I like his indie-folk style. It reminds me of going to summercamp when I was young – singing songs by the campfire and feeling peaceful and full of life. Also reminds me of folks like Bon Iver and Blind Pilot a bit.
